Our core business philosophy is to promote and support each Advocate as their own personal brand, not the firm brand, in all aspects of the real estate business.
Other companies promote themselves, not the agents. Advocates earn much more, have complete discretion to set commission rates (or contribute to clients’ closing costs) get more support/training/mentoring, especially in transaction management, online marketing, negotiating skills, business referral networking and social media marketing. We show you ways to work smarter, earn more money and have more free time. All Advocates have the system and the tools to dominate their Real Estate marketplace. Advocates are the best-paid real estate salepersons.

AS AN ADVOCATE….
THE COMMISSION IS ALL YOURS*
****SAVE ON YOUR INCOME TAXES BY PROPERLY DEDUCTING EXPENSES FOR YOUR HOME OFFICE ****
IRS Code states, in pertinent part, “To deduct expenses for the business use of your home, it must be the only fixed location of your business or the substantial administrative or management place of your trade or business. To qualify for this deduction,your home must be the principal place of your business.”
Choose The Model That Suits You Best: (no quotas, ever)
Our Member/Advocates have two (2) options:
1) THE PERFORMANCE PROGRAM
Advocates get 85% to 90% of the commission with no monthly dues. (no quotas ever)*
*Once you reach $6,000 in gross revenue (four (4) deals at $ 500,000) to the firm, you get 90% for the next six (6) months.
2) THE 100% ADVANTAGE PROGRAM
Advocates are entitled to keep ALL of the sales commission subject to:
a) $100 monthly dues OR $999 one lump sum for a year’s subscription.
The model you choose may be based on how many homes you expect to sell/list.
If you plan to sell many homes, Choice (2) may be best for you. That is your least expensive choice to own and operate your own real estate firm.
If you simply do not want to pay any monthly dues or closing fees at all , maybe Choice (1) is for you.

***Either choice entitles Advocate to profit-sharing PLUS a recruitment/attraction bonus for every Advocate or Broker Advocate they refer to the firm, who is accepted***

- Free E & O insurance coverage.
- Free Business cards promoting you, the Advocate.
- Free Continuing Education, paid for by the firm. Wow !
- Free specialized training from national figures/speakers featured at NAR Conventions and state/local association meetings.
- We promote the Advocate first, then our brand. Advocate-branded video email, business cards and signs are a few examples.
- Listings belong to the Advocate, even if you leave the firm. That’s right!!
- Advocates’ listings are syndicated to all major internet real estate search portals and listing syndicators.
- Belong to a new national movement which sets you apart from other agents. Be remarkable with us.

- Minimum sales quotas. No quotas whatsoever.
- Floor time.
- Telephone duty or “up-time.” That’s dumb.
- Required office meetings (all meetings are optional/informative. All are online, except our fun time get-togethers). Save time and gas money driving back and forth to the office.
- Desk fees.
- Long term commitment– do one deal and leave (you can keep the money and take your listings with you. But we’ll miss you.)
- Corporate franchise fees or red tape (our tape is green)
