“You can’t sell a customer what they need

A customer will buy what they want.”

Spoke to an agent this week about joining this firm. He said he’d let me know by the end of summer. My first inclination was to exclude this agent because he did not immediately “drop his net” and jump on. After a little thought, I called this agent and told him that there was was a dual fold benefit to being an Advocate. This is to learn and earn more. I felt certain that this lad wanted to earn more but could wait but I wasn’t sure whether he wanted to learn more. If he knew that a major component was to learn more and wished to wait, then I surely would have excluded him. I told him that there was much to learn to be more competent and be more marketable and that waiting even a short while was a bad idea. He seemed to understand. That’s where it is now.

This blog site is developed for just one purpose. That is to make agents aware that a great opportunity exists. Agents can do their own business a much better way for much better pay.

If an agent needs their broker to make them a real estate sales career, there simply isn’t a fit with the purpose of this firm.

This firm needs agents who want to maximize their earnings and feel it is in their best interests to be in business for themselves. This can not be a hobbyist.  This must involve an agent who treats real estate sales as the good business it is.

I am making agents aware that there is a chance to adopt a new approach and learn several legal procedures and be more of  focused of their clients’ rights.

An agent that wishes to become an Advocate is entitled to:

1–EDUCATION

2–INNOVATION

3–SUPERIOR COMPENSATION.

The Education is tied to the curriculum, which is comprised of 13 relevant disciplines to make Advocates much more capable.

The Innovation is the role of the Advocate which puts clients’ rights at the forefront.

The Compensation is $100/100% per month (or 85% at no cost) and is possible only through the virtual office setting. The overhead is greatly reduced by avoiding the cost of commercial space and the expenses connected to that  space.
