Pledge of Advocacy

ADVOCACY  – a commitment to a systematic approach to truly represent clients’ interests zealously.

Sounds good to me…. and why not ? Every individual involved in a real estate transaction has  legal interests. Once a licensed real estate professional is “hired”, serious duties attach to that client who now rightfully expects their rights to be protected and enforced.

Real Estate Advocates are superior in nature due to their Pledge of Advocacy which they embody and provide to their clients in writing.

For  Buyers:

Your Real Estate Advocate will affirmatively state his/her role as buyer’s agent (to an owner or agent representing an owner) to provide a fiduciary duty to you.

Your Real Estate Advocate is committed to represent your interests zealously. Specifically, to hold the other party to the contract (or within the negotiation) to their obligations and prevent any expansion of that other party’s rights.

For Sellers:

Your Real Estate Advocate is committed to represent your interests zealously. Specifically, to hold the other party to the contract (or within the negotiation) to their obligations and prevent any expansion of that other party’s rights.
